Our Asset Management team provides rigorous oversight of real estate investments for our clients by proactively monitoring the operational activities of their assets, coordination and communication among lenders/investors and related third parties.

  • Providing real estate valuation analysis and financial modeling;

  • Reviewing and approving construction related draw requests; and
  • Evaluating, coordinating and monitoring the distribution of cash generated from asset operations including residential unit sale proceeds.

Property Management

Wilshire West Advisors is a dynamic and focused property management company. The principals have a strong background in multifamily, office and mixed-use property management and have a combined 20+ years of experience in the business. Wilshire West Advisors has an expert ability to ensure responsive, efficient property management services while remaining flexible and innovative:

  • Collect all rent payments as well as manage and maintain security deposit account.
  • Collect, maintain and pay all operational invoices.
  • Leasing, preparing vacant units quickly to ensure minimal rent loss between residents.
  • Market analysis to ensure we are familiar with the rental rates and amenities of neighboring complexes
  • Analyze the property's essential details and formulate a long range management plan. Recommendations are made in all areas of operations including preventive maintenance, security, finance, and support services.
  • Inspect the general appearance and physical condition of the property regularly, including mechanical systems and grounds.
  • Respond to routine calls, complaints, and inquires. Coordinate day-to-day business and operations.
  • Provide twenty four hour emergency answering and maintenance service.
  • Provide written monthly management status reports reflecting activity in areas of operations, administration and finances.
  • Coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs.
  • Engage in rigorous resident screening process to identify ONLY QUALIFIED tenants
  • Arrange for routine communications and property correspondence.
  • Maintain all records and advise on Local, State and Federal laws specific to the property and its operation.
  • Advertise in appropriate print material and online.
  • Diligently monitor prospect traffic and determine most effective advertising avenues.
